Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at least 60 days prior to the start of the conference. i.e. before 27th September 2023 Refunds will be issued minus a processing fee of 5% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 60 days before the start of the conference. after 27th September 2023 Substitutions of registered attendees may be made at 10 days prior to the start of the conference.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the conference, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee.
Please note that any fees charged by third-party vendors (such as hotel accommodations ,transportation and tours) are subject to the vendor's refund policy and are not covered by this refund policy.
