Title: A comprehensive evaluation by an implantologist is essential to determine the most suitable implant design in porous maxilla

Implants in maxillary bone is a challenge as the bone in the posterior maxilla is porous and may have varying levels of bone density and quality. Implants for porous maxilla come in various designs to address the specific needs and conditions of individual patients. In conclusion we have to have a thorough knowledge and understanding for treatment mechanics in various bone qualities.
