Title: Implant in the esthetic Zone, The road map to success

The Implant placement in the esthetic zone is a sensitive procedure and requires skills and a restoration-driven approach. patient selection as well as implant design selection together with assessment of the risk & the complications are very important . the gingival biotype type as well as 3D-implant positioning, the bone thickness and hight will affect the long-term esthetic and function success . Esthetic area is a zone in which the patient has high expectations. surgeon should conceder the important decision on the time of implant placement. the Immediate implant placement is particularly challenging in the esthetic zone. its a way to preserve the surrounding structure like soft tissue & hard tissue ,, the desire for reduceding the treatment time should be weighed against the possible risk factors. immediate or delayed Protocols for implant placement in conditions of unfavourable gingival biotypes, the lack of bone in patients with a high smile line can lead to esthetic failure which is of high importance in the esthetic region.the presentation will demonstrate the road map to success at this area
